Journey Within: A Sound Journey for Peace and Presence in Your Life. Immerse yourself with this 90-min sound journey where Káti will serenade you with a guided breath journey full of healing frequencies of sound bowls, guitar, shamanic drumming, singing and the Native American Flute. Leave your mat feeling activated, at peace and easeful.

Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything to help you get cozy. You’re also invited to place something meaningful on our altar—flowers, a photo, a candle, or a keepsake.

I’m Káti. A Latinx musician and artist based in Durham, NC. I spent 3 years living in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru playing music and learning the spiritual wisdom of the lands. I now have taken the wisdom and share journeys through sound, breath and healing frequencies.
