Movement: Foundations of Yoga with Kerry Carlson
In this 60 minute vinyasa yoga class expect to move slowly through poses, holding poses for longer in order to build strength and flexibility. We will practice breathing techniques to calm your nervous system. We will find moments of stillness to quiet your mind and disconnect from the busy world. Leave class feeling empowered and renewed.
This class is offered as a 4-week series for continuity. Good for all Levels.
*Students must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
