Movement: Kids Yoga (Ages 5–12)
Children will learn about movement, anatomy, breathwork, and playful yoga-inspired games while building awareness of their bodies and minds. Each session balances fun with meaningful practices—including traditional yoga, meditation, and self-reflection—helping kids slow down, connect with themselves, and grow stronger inside and out. Kids are encouraged to participate fully, exploring their own curiosity and abilities, while also gaining confidence, self-trust, and a supportive community of peers learning and growing together.
