Self-Pay Options
Payment Methods: Acceptance of all major credit cards. A credit or debit card is required on file for service continuity.
Billing Process: Charges are processed overnight following each session.
Sliding Scale & Pro Bono Services
Accessibility Commitment: Offering sliding scale and free health services, advocating that wellness is a fundamental right.
Limited sliding scale and pro-bono therapy sessions will be available beginning fall 2024.

We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (excluding specific plans), State Health Plan, United, and Cigna.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation Notice: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required via email or phone.
Fees: A late cancellation and no-show fee of $100 is charged for cancellations within the 48-hour window.
