Current Openings
Mental Health Clinician
- Mental Health Clinician (MHC) is a full time, W2-hourly per diem position, 18-28 direct clinical hours a week (*tier dependent) and is responsible for supporting the continued development and implementation of the Radical Healing Collaborative’s vision, mission, and strategy.
- Must be fully licensed or have at least 2-5 years of outpatient therapy experience.
- Work Options: In Person, Hybrid (remote and/or in-office hours) or fully remote options with flexible 3 to 5 days a week (caseload dependent)
Psychiatry - NP or PA
- Full time, W2, salaried position with full benefits (health insurance, retirement, PTO, etc) or part time, 1099 – independent contractor position hourly
- Must be licensed in NC with a preference for at least 3-5 years of outpatient medication management experience
- Work Options: In Person, Hybrid (remote and/or in-office hours)
- Hiring Timeline: June/July 2026
Practice Care Coordinator
- Supports patient communication including managing provider messages, supporting faxes and referrals. An ideal candidate is someone who can juggle multiple tasks in a highly organized and detail oriented way

Internship Training Fellows
Opportunities for Master’s and PhD level students and emerging professionals in mental health and psychology to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in direct clinical practice or macro social work. We are completely committed for the Fall 2025-Spring 2026 training year.

Medical Assistant
Our Medical Assistants play a vital role in our patient-centered approach to care, with a particular focus on serving LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. You’ll work collaboratively with our medical providers to ensure patients receive high-quality, affirming healthcare in a safe and welcoming environment. This position is full-time and an ideal candidate is someone with a lot of initiative, can multitask with strong organizational skills.
