More About Andy Thomas

As an LMFT and RPT, I use Family Systems thinking and Play Therapy as therapeutic lenses to work with every client across the lifespan. This means that I try to factor in all parts of the client’s lives when setting and working towards therapeutic goals AND I like to have fun along the way because therapy can be hard work! What I enjoy most about my work is coming alongside clients (and their families if that’s what they’re looking for) to meet them where they’re at and try to help them figure out how to get closer to where they want to be. As a clinician, I’m passionate about helping clients establish different thought patterns, learning new skills, or getting connected to local resources. However, it doesn’t matter what I know until I know what’s going on in your world. I provide unconditional positive regard for clients along their journey with the intention of better understanding each client’s world and how they relate to each other.
