More About Arden Greene

Hello! I’m Arden (they/them) and I am a neurodivergent, queer, and nonbinary Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.  Sometimes, the most difficult part of getting mental health help is making that first appointment, which is why I am passionate about creating a collaborative, non-judgemental space for you to come as you are! I believe that every client is unique and therefore, the approach to counseling should reflect this. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches targeted at each client’s individual needs and goals for counseling, while drawing from primarily Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) modalities, as well as elements from Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness practices.

I am passionate about working with clients seeking support relating to neurodivergence, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, gender dysphoria, identity formation, life transitions (including college/student populations), and LGBTQIA+/ Queer and Trans* clients.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, playing music, going on walks, playing D&D/ TTRPGs, and teaching tricks to my two cats!
