Hello! I am a bilingual, Latine, queer therapist, whose practice is centered on providing a space where individuals can show up fully themselves. I have a particular focus on those who hold multiple marginalized identities, recognizing how these experiences shape the way they show up in the world. My approach integrates humanistic and holistic modalities to honor the depth of your experiences and the resilience you carry.
I firmly believe that you already possess the inner resources for healing; my role is to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.
I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, cultural identity exploration, and general life stressors—especially those that arise during significant transitions such as college, early adulthood, and identity development. My therapeutic techniques include Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Play Therapy. Recognizing that healing is non-linear and takes many forms, I often incorporate play, art, and other experiential methods to foster present-moment awareness and enrich our therapeutic journey.
I am deeply committed to creating a practice that is neurodiverse-affirming, LGBTQIP2S-affirming, anti-racist, and grounded in disability justice. Guided by values of anti-oppression and inclusivity, I strive to provide a space where you can show up fully, explore your healing, and grow into your most authentic self.
When not in session, you can find me dancing cumbia, taking care of my lovely pets, enjoying nature and exploring new foods around me!
