More About Brooke Kearney

I am a LCMHC who is passionate about empowering clients to navigate the complexities of life, foster personal growth, and build fulfilling relationships. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration to provide a non-judgmental space while acknowledging the impact that oppression and trauma can have on our well-being. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples to address concerns of depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, gender identity, academic concerns, life transitions, dating, communication issues, and marriage or relationship counseling. Drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple I work with. I employ trauma-informed CBT techniques, DBT skills, Gottman methods for couples, strength-based and mindfulness practices to develop coping strategies and cultivate self-compassion.
