With over a decade of experience in healthcare finance, Claudine brings a deep understanding of billing, insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and pharmacy benefits management. She holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science and has a talent for combining sharp analytical thinking with heartfelt, compassionate support—especially for patients navigating stressful situations.
