Devon Zafuto, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry at Radical Healing in Durham, NC. He treats a wide range of mental health conditions, with particular focus on mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD treatment in adults. He is also proud to serve the local LGBTQIA+ community.
Devon takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, believing that effective treatment requires understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms. He works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that combine medication management with lifestyle and behavioral strategies, and he partners closely with therapists, primary care providers, and family members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Devon holds a BS in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University, where he later went on to earn a Master’s in Physiology. After discovering a passion for health care, he completed a Master’s in Clinical Medical Science at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. Devon is also a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
Outside the clinic, Devon enjoys going for walks, listening to music, and playing trading card games and board games. He enjoys spending quality time with his partner and their cat.
