Hello, I’m Finn! I’m Born and raised in North Carolina. I graduated from UNC Greensboro with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Studio Art. I am currently earning a master’s degree in Social Work at Smith College.
As a queer and transgender practitioner with experience working in the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about incorporating the joy, resilience, and strength found in diverse and supportive communities into practices that promote well-being and personal growth. My priority is to build relationships of trust with each client, based on respect for each client’s unique story, goals and personal values. I use a diverse set of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic perspectives, and dialectical behavioral therapy to help clients work towards their goals. I am passionate about supporting clients with navigating life transitions, relationships, identity formation, anxiety, depression, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+, queer, and transgender experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, drawing, volunteering, listening to music, or trying my hand at various crafting projects.
