I approach therapy with a liberation-focused perspective, recognizing that healing is deeply connected to our relationships, communities, and environments. I believe in building strong, collaborative partnerships with my clients and am passionate about discovering which therapeutic techniques work best for each person. With a strengths-based and trauma-
informed approach, I honor the wisdom from lived experiences and strive to create a space that embraces reflection, empowerment, and authenticity. My practice is grounded in a commitment to social justice, supporting clients as they navigate both personal and systemic challenges in ways that feel meaningful and accessible.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking trails, digging in my garden, and baking sourdough bread.
