More About Jessica Klein

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work, deeply committed to providing a safe, nurturing space for all my clients. I aim to cultivate safety and inclusivity in my practice by operating from an LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist framework. As a therapist, it is a privilege to listen to my clients’ stories and join them on their journey of empowerment and self-discovery.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I particularly have a passion for working with survivors of domestic violence, children, and caregivers. I am honored to be able to support individuals as they process their experiences and reclaim their sense of agency.

My therapeutic approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and art therapy. As a clinician, I view my work as an ever-evolving journey, always open to growth and new insights. I am eager to continue learning and gaining valuable perspectives from my clients.

Beyond therapy, you can find me hiking, baking tasty treats, immersing myself in a good book, or playing with my mini Australian Shepherd, Daisy.
