Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker (she/her) whose practice is rooted in social, racial, and disability justice and the belief that individual healing is a key piece of collective liberation. As a therapist, I want to support my clients in cultivating tools, resources, and connections to empower them to thrive, not just survive.
I’m passionate about supporting clients navigating depression, trauma, attachment-related issues, substance use, and self-harm, as well as issues around identity and relationships, including polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy. My strengths-based approach is informed by polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and the mind-body connection as key to healing trauma and moving past places we feel stuck. Above all, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together. I believe therapy is a safe space of collaboration and nonjudgment and can also be a space of humor and joy!
When I’m not working, I’m in the woods, seeing as much live music as possible, practicing yoga, nerding out about languages, sitting in coffee shops, and watching basketball (go Pistons).
