I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Associate (LCSW-A) who takes a process-based and humanistic approach to integrative therapy for teens and adults. My experience includes working with first- and second-generation immigrant kids and families, migrant agricultural workers, supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, and guiding people through chronic illness, chronic pain, grief, and major life transitions. I enjoy exploring the mind-body connection and leading groups in meditative and self-compassion practices.
Whether it’s developing a solutions-focused plan to achieve immediate goals and build essential skills, or delving into the deeper work of uncovering unconscious patterns and fostering self-love, I am committed to supporting clients as they find clarity, connection, and a sense of belonging within themselves.
I balance practical, outcome-driven strategies with a contemplative exploration of the inner landscape and its relationship to external systems and dynamics. Depending on what each client brings to the therapeutic experience, we might engage in insight-oriented modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, narrative techniques, or practices informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, or we may take a process-based approach, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral techniques. Through any approach I take, there is often a focus on self-compassion and somatic awareness to cultivate inner wisdom and resilience.
Outside of my work, I enjoy playing in my garden, traipsing through the woods, dancing in queer-centered spaces, experiencing performing arts and film, and laughing it up with family and friends. I am deeply honored for the opportunity to serve the community by joining the Radical Healing Collaborative.
