Marquise Eloi (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who aims to support clients in increasing self-awareness and building self-compassion. She believes that every person has the capacity to flourish and transform, and finds it immensely rewarding to witness that growth. In her practice, she uses a variety of interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and Mindfulness techniques—to support both mental and physiological healing.
She has worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, and world perspectives, and deeply values the opportunity to learn from each person she works with. As a Black Haitian daughter of immigrants, she is especially passionate about reducing stigma around mental health for all communities, and particularly for immigrants, first-generation Americans, and individuals navigating multiple cultural and social identities. She also enjoys working with clients around relational shifts and life transitions, encouraging self-reflection and identity development at every stage of life.
Prior to joining Radical Healing, she led a Behavioral Health Integration team across 16 Primary Care sites in North Carolina. There, she witnessed first-hand the profound impact that access to care can have on individuals and communities. She is excited to bring this experience to Radical Healing, supporting high acuity clients and contributing to the team’s commitment to holistic care. Marquise completed her graduate studies at the University of Southern California and her undergraduate work at Duke University.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cuddling with her puppy, spending time with loved ones, watching movies, and traveling.
