More About Matt Trower

Welcome! I am a white agender queer LCSWA with a background in illustration and a warm, curious attitude. I strongly believe in the healing power of an affirming and empowering therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to create a space where you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, guided by your own values, dreams, and history. My approach is relational and collaborative: together we can find a path through the woods. I have a special passion for working with folks who are transgender or gender-nonconforming, those who are neurodivergent, and people with non-monogamous orientations. I welcome into the room discussions of how forces of oppression such as transphobia, racism, or ableism impact your access to joy and safety.

In my practice, I frequently pull on concepts from ACT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy. Due to my past life as an artist, I welcome integrating creativity into therapy – art has a way of making connections that words may struggle to capture. No matter what you are facing, I am grateful to share this space with you.

Outside of the Radical Healing Collaborative, I can generally be found smothering my two anxious pitbull sons with attention.
