More About Samara Domanski

I offer holistic mental health care that embraces clients from diverse backgrounds. My motivation stems from a fervent commitment to social justice, equality, and advocacy. I work with clients managing the effects of anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts/dysfunction, traumatic stress, identity concerns (racial identity, sexuality, gender, etc.), and life transitions (including pregnancy/early parenthood, changes in relationships, phases of life, etc.).

I typically approach therapy through a multicultural, psychodynamic lens and integrate other evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Imago Theory, and The Gottman Method (for couples). The course of treatment is always tailored to the individual’s or couple’s needs. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your mental health journey!
