Hi! I’m Yenny (she/her), one of the Psychiatry Medical Assistants. I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. My goal is to ensure individuals feel supported and guided as they navigate our system—whether that means scheduling appointments or understanding our services so they can move confidently toward their goals.
I care deeply about helping people feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their experience. I strive to bring clarity, organization, and a positive presence to every interaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy learning languages, including Chinese and Japanese. I’m also an avid reader and am almost always in the middle of a book. Recently, I’ve been enjoying the show Derry Girls. I also love to sing—quietly enough to keep the neighbors happy!
¡Hola! Soy Yenny (ella). Como asistente médico de psiquiatría me apasiona crear una experiencia cálida y acogedora para cada paciente. Mi objetivo es garantizar que las personas se sientan apoyadas y orientadas mientras se mueven por nuestro sistema, ya sea para programar citas o entender nuestros servicios, de modo que puedan avanzar con confianza hacia sus metas.
Para mi es muy importante ayudar a las personas a sentirse cómodas, escuchadas y apoyadas durante toda su experiencia. Me esfuerzo por aportar claridad, organización y una presencia positiva a cada interacción.
En mi tiempo libre, me gusta aprender idiomas, como el chino y el japonés. También soy una lectora empedernida y casi siempre estoy leyendo algún libro. Últimamente, disfruto mucho de la serie Derry Girls. También me encanta cantar, ¡pero en voz baja para no molestar a los vecinos!
