Group Room
Are you searching for a group room space that can support a process or skills group in Durham or Chapel Hill? An arts group? A classroom space? We have several group room spaces with different vibes and capacities.
Conference & Training Space
We have a training and conference room space that can hold up to 35-99 people on the border of Durham and Chapel Hill right of I-40 (easy access to Raleigh and RDU airport). The space is ideal for in person, virtual or hybrid meeting spaces as the entire room is mic’d and there’s an integrated projector with two large screen TVs that simulcast the projector content.
Movement Space
We have a light-filled yoga, movement and dance practice space available at affordable rates to share with community members who share in our mission and vision.

Fanon Group Room
The Fanon Group Room is a group room that can hold up to 15 participants in a circle and has a private entrance with steps or a no step entrance through the back of the building.
The group room space has a large screen TV that can simulcast your computer.
This is ideal for process, skills-based or arts groups, team meetings or for anyone needing a large private space with two all gender bathrooms on the same floor.

Movement Studio
The Movement Studio can house up to 16+ in person mat-based participants (more have squeezed in!) and can be used for seated workshops with up to 25+ participants.
We do have folding tables and a projector that can be set up in the space for an additional cost.

Haven Conference Center
The Haven Conference Center is a large conference room space that can easily support 35-50 participants around tables or up to 100 people in rows for speaking engagements. The space offers two private entrances with ample surface and street parking and is fully accessible. There are two dedicated bathrooms for the conference center and additional bathrooms available for larger events.
It has a large projector screen with two additional TV monitors that simulcast the projector screen to support visual impairment, a speaker’s podium, modern a/v hook ups and dedicated high speed internet.
The space can be ideal for educational trainings and workshops, lunch and learns, board and organizational meetings, retreats speaking summits and lectures.
Our location is conveniently located at an I-40 exit and has easy access from Raleigh (25 minutes), Durham (10 minutes), RDU airport (20 minutes), Chapel Hill (5 minutes) with many hotel and food options within 5-10 minutes.
