Mental Health Therapy

We offer mental health therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our services are inclusive of both talk and body-based modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and expressive arts therapy.

Our service is abundant, adaptable, and diverse, with 25+ in-house therapists and clinicians, and over 15 mental health professionals who work independently as our campus partners. The Radical Healing Collaborative includes practitioners specializing in everything from gender identity exploration to immigrant experiences to complex trauma and burnout.

What types of therapy services do you offer?

We offer individual, family, relationship, and community/group therapy, each tailored to meet specific needs and shared concerns. Many services are offered in either an in-person or virtual environment.

Do you provide therapy for non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships?

Yes! We offer affirming and thoughtful relationship therapy for all relationship types including ethical non-monogamy, poly, housemate, friendship, and monogamous relationships, providing a safe space to explore and strengthen these dynamics.

How are your therapists trained and supervised?

Our clinical team is a diverse group of healers with graduate and doctoral-level clinical education, in addition to rigorous specialized training and certifications. All clinicians are supported through group and individual clinical supervision, in addition to lots of care and love from our collaborative!

Is group work available for specific topics or communities?

Yes, our group work offers diverse a diverse communal space for shared experiences, collective learning and collaborative healing.

How do I know which type of therapy or therapist is right for me?

During your initial outreach, we will discuss your current support needs and recommend the most suitable clinical match for you.
