Training & Continuing Education
At Radical Healing Collaborative, our trainings are designed to go beyond traditional continuing education by combining clinical excellence, cultural responsiveness, and practical application. We prioritize learning environments that are interactive, affirming, and grounded in real-world practice, with a particular focus on serving LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and historically marginalized communities.
Whether participants are attending foundational clinical trainings such as EMDR Basic Training or specialized offerings like Queering Gottman, our goal is to provide high-quality educational experiences that help clinicians expand both their skills and their capacity for culturally responsive care. Trainings are intentionally designed to foster community, reflection, and meaningful professional growth alongside evidence-based learning.
What We Support
Continuing Education Training
Deepen your clinical practice through education rooted in Radical Healing Collaborative’s commitment to liberation, healing justice, and culturally responsive care. Our continuing education opportunities support clinicians in developing practical skills while critically examining the systems, assumptions, and practices that shape mental and physical health care. Trainings center the experiences and needs of QTBIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities and offer opportunities to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others committed to transforming the way care is provided. Examples of trainings include Gottman and EMDR with the opportunity for CEs.
Group Consultation
Clinical work is better when we do not have to do it alone. Our group consultation spaces bring clinicians together to explore cases, clinical questions, ethical considerations, and challenges through a collaborative and culturally responsive lens. Grounded in Radical Healing Collaborative’s values of community, collective care, and liberation, group consultation creates space to learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and build stronger practices for supporting the communities we serve. Past group topics include Relationship and Family therapy, Internal Family Systems, Complex Clinical Cases, and more! Reach out to learn more about our current available groups to join.
Individual Supervision
Grow your clinical practice through individualized supervision. Supervision provides space to explore clinical work, strengthen skills, navigate ethical and professional questions, and examine how identity, culture, power, and systems impact our work with clients. Our approach recognizes supervision as more than skill development: it is an opportunity to cultivate thoughtful clinicians who are equipped to provide affirming, accessible, and healing-centered care.
Networking Opportunities
Connect with clinicians, healers, and helping professionals who share a commitment to building more affirming, accessible, and liberatory systems of care. Our networking opportunities create space to build relationships, exchange knowledge and resources, and strengthen community across disciplines. We believe meaningful connection is part of healing and that creating change requires us to learn and work together.
